I am on unifi 30mbps @ rm139,just checked with tm chat that i can upgrade to 100mbps@rm129,but I will not be eligible for Turbo upgrades. So guys is it worth I upgraded pls advise,thanks.

Its true I went TM point yesterday,the same happened they discouraged me and told me to reconsider! Although free calls he said thats under used, if i go for 100 mbps my HTB wl be deactivated and if I want it, add on RM30! They advised to just hold on and get Turboed instead! I came back undecided!!

Yes but u can only watch on two other devices not on TV,if u want on TV extra RM30 for any one pack only

bro just confirmed with FB unifi chat ,they confirmed Kluang TMP is wrong. For exsisting customers it is RM129 plus unifi tv using current HTB on TV and 2 other devices.so no additional charges for new contract with 100 MBPS,600mins calls and TV on TV its RM129 For non gamers like me I think instead of waiting to be Turbo-ed dont know when, I rather take this

Just a query boys! Much is said about changing DNS. But when u do that ,u cannot access online banking right?Isnt it then a nuisance cos I did do it last night,changed back when I could not access online banking,is there anything else to be done?

Your TM point just like mine,they got it wrong,TM chat and FB chat confirm no such thing,as long u hv a HTB u will get yr exsisting pack on tv,u can add RM30 for Ultimate Pack if not you wll get the same as now and 600mins calls: Here,

Hi! Shah Ali. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. As per info was given by TMPoint, It's a wrong information. For the changer pack of unifi, No additional charge will be given as your contract will be refreshed to 24 months.
Regarding the upgrade, It can only be done at any nearest TMPoint. The additional for RM30 is for the consumer who subscribes ultimate pack only and not affected for those who subscribe normal pack.

I hv to make another trip to argue with TM point to try and get it> I just dont know why they insists I wait for Turbo and get 300mbps,though I told them 100mbps is more then enough and I wanted the free calls offer
