Tm jbcc say from 30mbps to 100mbps is called downgrade. What logic is this? From speed to faster is downgrade. Maybe should sent their staff to school to learn what is the mean of upgrade and downgrade. To them upgrade is slower, downgrade is faster. Cannot get the logic behind.

Me too. I ask the same question. Mine was new equipment, just install two weeks ago. The tmpoint lazy also have no idea. They are train to just do that. Perhaps most of them just follow order, no idea what they are doing
