Got an sms that my 50 Mbps has been "turboed". Reset my router.
Checked the speed and got only 100 Mbps. Thought it should be 500 Mbps. Anyone here got 100 Mbps? 500 Mbps? |

Got email saying mine has been upgraded to 500 Mbps while my speed test says 100 Mbps. Yes, checked that the BTU, router and cable can all handle the 500 Mbps speed.
Called 100. The staff told me that the speed will be increased in stages over some 7 days. FYI for those wondering why 100 Mbps while they promised 500 Mbps. Also suggested to the staff to tell their customers about the speed increase stages so that they know what to expect. |
