Supposed turbo-ed to 800mbps, but only get around 134mbps. Is it because the router not supported? I am using tp link archer c1200

Anyone from puchong area got turbo upgraded ?
I just made a livechat with them , they say it is normal that we don't get the full speed. I got turbo ed to 800 mbps , but only cap to 140mbps. Want to know if it true?  |
