anyone in USJ got turbo'd yet?

So my story..

November last year i went and got their 30mb rm139 package, so fresh contract, was 50mb before, free upgrade... was paying 189 or something..


Got email in july that ill be turbo'ed Aug-Dec 2018.. but few weeks back checked with a forumer's link to see the details in the system and it stated mine was Jan-July 2019 instead..

decided to get the new 100mb package instead... even the 30mbps now also more than enough for me..

Live chat this morning.... said can do over phone by callling 100.
Called 100, say must go TMPOINT...
Went tmpoint usj at 4.30pm.. lady there told me need to set appointment for them to come check equipment... said only open slot next week wednesday.. so i agreed.. was in and out in less than 15mins..

Logged in unifi portal around 7pm noticed it says unifi 100Mbps (STB) BEST Now... went reboot BTU and modem and now im getting


Despite what she told me at the counter that need to wait for appointment to verify before can upgrade.. i already got it..

Their Live Chat CS, the 100 CS, and over the counter, none of them at any point told me info that was 100% correct..... unbelievable.

nope old rm139 no phone. 1 normal tv package....also back to rm199 after contract end

30mb also not being fully used..didnt seem worth
