Since my contract ended (unless turbo upgrade auto renew contract), I'm thinking to terminate my already turbo-ed 500mbps to 30mbps (with new equipment, I don't mind the new 2 year contract too) and wait for the 300mbps turbo upgrade again and save RM 50, I'm paying RM 189 (overcharged RM 10 for my Ruby Pack Plus 2 which is the same hypptv plan as Ruby Pack Plus RM 30 for months, still waiting for them to cut back the price back to RM 30, live chat tossed me to 100, 100 tossed me online) for 500mbps which can't utilize fully... But I'm wonder is there a way I don't need to terminate my current account and straight downgrade to 300mbps without much fuss??!! so rm159 can get 800Mbps?
