well, i tried to lodge a complaint about some users get cheaper price for 100mbps, no reply for so long, then skmm close my complaints, then followed by TM CS reply me a support email that they re improvising. well played TM.

i'm somehow relief that tm still charges me rm239 for my 100mbps, guess my 800mbps hope is still there.

Managed to get my bill reduced to RM139 too and best of all, no contract refresh. Some others did the same back then.  |
