Received BOTH EMAIL & TEXT MESSAGE saying that my TURBO upgrade is DONE. Restart modem & router after 10 minutes. I did that several times. Still same 50 mbps speed. Before sleeping yesterday, I turned off and next morning tried...still same speed 50mbps.
Went on live chat.
First PIC said that they will reset port for me, off and on modem & router again. Tried, didnt work still 50mbps
Went on second live chat.
Second PIC said nothing wrong with my internet and there's nothing they can do since they're on "PILOT" phase for turbo upgrade. I was damn pissed, because the PIC didn't try to help me at all...simply said nothing wrong.
What kind of PILOT phase when you don't even attempt to resolve issues that are reported by the customers? the turbo upgrade for show only ah? might as well don't implement lol
