Why fear the contract? Plan to move?

I also asked the same thing because I never asked to get Turbo because all I wanted to reduce to RM 129 for 100Mbps. Then, she said what if I can make you get Turbo in 2 weeks time? I even asked her, isn't this based on areas, she said can bypass.

Anyway, if you can get RM 30 reduction later, then let me know. I will go back and request again. To be fair she really tried for so long and checked with her superior and then only informed it was not possible.

As for the promised Turbo speed in 2 weeks time, if you guys know me well and long enough in this thread, I don't really believe what CS told me. So if I don't get after 14 days, I will go back to Menara TM and look for her personally. I will go everyday until I see her unless she resigns or gets transferred in two weeks time.

I'm very persistent type of person, from banking to telcos. I will be back.
