I submitted the termination notice and got a reply from TM.
It says "for the termination to take place, customer is required to visit TM Point between day 31 to day 35 from termination notice date." What if I didn't visit between day 31 and 35? Is this some tricks from TM to make people's life difficult? |

My place only has VDSL and am currently on 30Mbps with the old ZTE 931DII modem (no more contract).
Will I be given a new modem (H267A?) + DECT phone if I sign up for 50Mbps RM99 (assuming if the package is real)? Thanks Sifus. |

Hello Sifus,
Was on 30Mbps @RM159 and got bumped to 50Mbps (same price) recently. I used to get speedtest around ~28Mbps before and now only ~41Mbps (using LAN cable) Still using the ZTE 931 DII modem and wonder if the it need to be replaced to get the higher speed? |
