Subscribers now can downgrade to RM129 for 100Mbps instead of taking the TURBO Speed, but renewal of contract for 2 years. Just saw that from one of the articles...

Tried talking to TM UNIFI on the number "100" told me that I can downgrade directly at any nearby TMPoint, However after going to TMPoint they told me that I need to pay RM200 for this as I'm still under contract. However, number "100" told me that even if i'm still under contract, we can downgrade to RM129 with the same 100Mbps, without any penalty just a recontract of 2 years. Anyone has any idea?
