I think TM is currently not holding the upgrading process...

Hi guys.. wish to switch over to maxis. 100mbps only rm129.

Waiting for turbo upgrade is like waiting forever for it may come or not come...no sms.. no email nothing.

Not to say i am paying RM229 for 100mbps somemore... haiz...

business and residential are using separated (different) DP (the grey box located behind your house) or above the shop lot. thus the port availability is different.

True. Exactly. I am thinking to go to skmm office in my area and get an official letter to terminate my 229 100mbps.

2 years ago tm replaced a buggy router for me and refreshed my contract and ended up i didnt use it and bought a new one.

229 no call plan and with basic aneka tv. Damn. No nothing. While others paying lesser for 100mbps.

And no definite date for turbo upgrade.

going to get a termination authorization letter from MCMC today or tomorrow to terminate my unifi.

feel so stupid when others already get their turbo upgrade, paying RM189/199 for 800mbps, while I am still paying RM229(242.75 including SST) for this bloody 100mbps.

even unifi has 129 100mbps but I am not paying even RM1.00 more to TM anymore.... mad.gif mad.gif bangwall.gif

Ive made a complaint(request) to TM via live chat to update my router and equipment info and request them to speed up my upgrade. after so many days, and this is the stupid reply that I get from them vmad.gif

rest assured that we as a customer also has a template ready for copy and paste. lol, when TM uses template to answer my queries, I have my own template until their customer service really speak up and do their work. flex.gif icon_idea.gif
