My unifi account gone in my unifi portal dashboard... only show my home phone.... what now? LOL

lol... i thought turbo upgraded... if it is, i will reboot bTU and router.. kakaka

still nothing, daily checking, day and night.. no email, no call , no sms

Unifi portal still shows thank you campaign 50Mbps , sigh....

Me too, want to complain already. Since the day they announce the turbo, i waited from July to August 15 for the so called turbo email. However , the bill is the only thing they sent, and damm fast and efficient. I have been suscribing the unifi since 2013 where i am suscribing VIP5, and until Advance 50plus from Thank you campaign 2017.

lol... the stress of waiting and waiting...

I can't imagine others with price of RM179 with 500Mbps while i still pay RM179 for 50Mbps...

if RM60 for 50Mbps, still can consider continue with it... lol

even i don't get turbo right away, at least any form of notification so that i know i am eligible for it. but no, only bill they sent.

And yeah, i will update here if i get the email, sms or even the calls...

This is TM, they sent bill faster than they send you your Turbo email. i still yet to get mine... seriously. TM....

I checked, i got ' Status : 500 '

What it means?

Me... lol... same, still shows Advance plus 50Mbps ( Thank You Campaign 2017 )...

I lagi thank you ™ if i refresh the page, it turned to 500Mbps.

seriously, an hour ago, the login details at unifi.com is perfectly fine, now it says email/password invalid?

* Chrome saved login details, auto-fill.
Even i typed correctly while revealing the text as i type, it still shows invalid...

I see, did it recover and can use the login details to login ?

The password was just a week old. no way it's invalid. lol

How you got this again? I searched my address and got the nova id and then i got is no port available for site.... same results for weeks.

I see, my house is terrace house, a fleet ( or how you call it ) has 9 house, the last house is empty for years, no one ever reside there, but it's owned .

I entered his house number , still shows no port..... should i input my neighbouring street name?

For some funny reasons, using unifi cannot access Unifi Portal. If using Umobile, can load with ease...

TM playing around?
