Yes, there is one guy who got it. You just have to be patient.
AC set to 40 or even 80MHz? Your network card is good and is 2x2 but in real world, too many other factors influence the wireless speed. Best is still LAN.
What router? Change cable and see if you can get the turbo speed. Your computer support gigabit?
I've set it at 5Ghz and 80Mhz. It's already as optimized as it is.

AC goes in channels of 433 Mb / s and you will only see that in laboratory conditions. 867 means you are taking the maximum possible aggregate of two channels, The 1300 MB / s speeds that routers are claiming is the ceiling speed. It is the aggregate of the maximum possible throughput if all three 433 MB / s channels are being used. It's unlikely you're going to get such perfect results, even if you manage to find a wireless device that lets you use all three channels.
Indeed. The 1300 is just hypothetical speed. I'm trying to maximize my speed with my S9 Plus and doesn't even hits more than 200Mbps. Could be phone limitation. And I guess even my laptop WiFi AC card also couldn't extract high speed.
