You can pray for Celcom/MyRepublic using Sacofa's SOFIA.
I am yet to see their service extended to the public especially residential areas since it was launched in January.

TM is smarter.
TM voluntarily gives 10X, those wanting double speed and lower price will have to request for downgrade with a fee of RM200.

Not everyone will kena RM200 downgrade fee.
But most people will be reluctant to request for downgrade, as they feel comfortable with the monthly fee they are paying (no increase).

You misunderstood.
RM129 10Mbps -> RM99 Internet 10Mbps, RM30 UnifiTV everywhere, Voice calls charged at 20 sen/min.
