seriously TM ? I had a chat with CS on 26 July, requesting to remove ruby pack as I already have Ultimate pack. So the CS actually confirmed that my Unifi perpetual discount won't be removed if I remove ruby pack, then I agreed to remove. Few days later, TM called me to confirm if I want to remove or not, and told me that my Unifi discount will be removed as the Ruby pack is still under contract, then I was like the CS said a different story, fine, I confirmed with them NOT TO remove , wait until contract end then remove.

So just now checked with TM CS live chat about the order, I thought is turbo upgrade but it was the removal of Ruby pack. Then I said I already confirmed with TM NOT TO remove, but they still modify my order on 21 Aug . Seriously their service, even if I really wanted to remove, they took almost 1 month to process lol

you have both ultimate and ruby right ?

so they removed your ruby pack without informing ?

can you check via unifi portal activity and see if there is order modify ?

Had another live chat with TM CS.

Regarding the removal of Ruby Plus Pack

My package is as per below,

UNIFI PRO 100 RYE 2017 + RUBY PROMO + JUMBO PACK + FREE STD20 - RM189 (DISC RM200)

The CS told me that I if I remove Ruby Plus pack, my RM200 discount will be gone.

So basically I've heard 3 different stories from 3 different CS.

1st is I can remove it now, discount remain.
2nd is I can remove it now, discount will be gone, but remove after the ruby plus contract ends, discount remain.
3rd is as long as I remove, my discount will be gone.

So what now ?

as long as you had a live chat with TM, it will be considered as a complaint report.

So this means you have 100Mbps with Ultimate pack oaying only RM136 ?🤔 Can you also screenshot the Unifi package ?

You are also eligible to upgrade to 800Mbps right ? And what's your initial package ? Previously I tried to remove my rubypack to make my monthly bill RM159, but they say if I remove my perpetual discount will be removed, and I will end up paying RM170 more.

thanks a lot for the info, gotta complain mine on this, the CS always tell me it's a promotion etc cannot remove blah blah blah. Straight complain to MCMC should be better.

I have submitted my mcmc complain 2 days ago but till now no action, I assume to get the same reply from other user or like yours, same monthly payment but reduce unifi discount.
