Probably the LAN port on the modem or wireless AP only max 100MB

One of my 3 accounts finally got the turbo upgrade.
Unfortunately.. it is not my main account 


Still using Huawei HG850a somemore (4 fast ethernet network ports) 

But, it is exactly as the rhombuscake (managed to check before tm sorta killed off its functionality since it's a 3rd party site) website said.. this particular account will be upgraded first.

Probably gonna login with that account here and see if I can get the turbo speed since the address is still at the same building. I recall doing something similar last time at another address where the house had 2 unifi accounts, one is VIP20 one is VIP5. I logged in to the VIP5 router using the VIP20 credentials (which was connected to the VIP5 btu of course) and got 20Mbps on speedtest.

My story with Unifi.

I got Turbo   from 30 Mbps to  300  on Sunday  9Sept    @ USJ  

There was no SMS or mail notification .
i log in my unifi account   .and notice change from   RYE 2017 30 Mbps    to Turbo 300 Mbps.
I didnot  power reset  my wireless router    Asus  AC1300  . its auto restart  itself at about 4am  that morning .
I highly recommended this router cost about 500 RM  , no issues so far and   works like a breeze !    and great  for  a medium double storey  link house.  . 
My router is on the ground floor  and i can get signal strength of about  -65 dbm in my master bedroom and all rooms up stairs.
I tested the speed  with my samsung S7  on AC  wireless  getting 310 Mbps , ping 3ms .

Today 12 Sept,  1100 AM    i went to TM Point in USJ  .
I downgrade to the  new 100 Mbps package @129 rm  with 2 years contract.

I was told by the girl  there is no penalty for upgrade or downgrade for all cases .
and my downgrade will be effective  within 24 hours. 
Now  at 3.30 PM  ,  I notice  they have downgrade my speed to 100Mbps  !!
Speed test now  give me  110 Mbps , ping  4 ms.
mean TM only took  4 hours to downgrade me.  

I keep the STB  . 
She not sure if  it will work so i need to keep  checking.
