Unifi still down in BMC, received sms expect 16 Sept 11pm restoration, 15 Sept around 6pm started not working already

Damn lousy live chat
 Wait 30 queues, left like 1 or 2, suddenly says in a rush ? contact us via email. Then I have to re-queue again for over 40 queues  , and seriously SAME ISSUE again. Okay re-queue 1 more time, finally got a CS to talk to me. I have not even mentioned my issue, the live chat suddenly ENDED. Wow.  |
