They could care less if their bill still displayed Jumbo + Vernacular instead of just Ultimate if their monthly subscription was reduced from RM189 to RM159 for UniFi Pro 100 for eg...

According to this review, yes. 800Mbps will not be a problem for the TP-Link C1200 via a wired connection.

You will never be able to achive your full Turbo-ed speed of 500Mbps with a USB2.0 WiFi Adapter.
USB 2.0 specs are max 480Mbps which is the bottleneck.

You are probably looking at roughly 250-300Mbps with an USB 2.0 WiFi Adapter like the ASUS USB-AC53

I recall during the previous Thank You campaign, some people also had issues getting their new upgraded speed even though their account displayed they had been upgraded.

Why didn't you ask them when the pilot stage is expected to be completed so that you can call them after that date if you are still unable to get your 800Mbps...

Size of the library, retention, and speed.

On private sites like BTN, PTP, RED the number of seeds does not really matter as quite often it is being shared via seedboxes in the US/EU.
1 or 2 seedboxes can saturate my 100Mbps line...

Not necessary for seeds to be in MY.

I was also told my contract ended in 2017 (RM189 RYE 2017 100Mbps currently) and that I could switch anytime without penalties but I would be subject to a new 24-month contract if I switched to the RM129 100Mbps package...
