My report took 1 month to settle and I believe this was the time when they realised about this and did something to prevent it from happening again.

So now anything they will have to refer to sales team for any modification for accounts that carry special promo discounts.

Ok so now another lie from TM when they tell most of their customers that the Turbo upgrade process is automated and there is nothing they can do for us and we have to wait.
