I am currently renting out my room at TTS which is for RM285 not inclusive of wifi, electricity and water.

It is at TTS 7/5 and there are neighbors all around hence it is considered safe during the summer break.

The room has a shared bathroom but the other room's tenant will only use the room for once a week.

The tenants staying there are seniors from chemical engineering and electrical engineering hence if you're a junior in this field you're in luck!
