Invest a person who need crowdfund a unit of property.....

If u say crowdfund 100k a new business
I smell some potential

What u can do for 1 unit of property???

People actually fell for this????? In tis.market condition??

Few years back, people were already doing this and knew a few who get burnt.badly..i mean even if can make Rm100k nett clean profit , divided by two person only Rm50k, before minus many hidden cost..scared to think if divided by 4 person etc

The risk are simply crazy, if one fella refused or unable to pay, the rest are stuk
