I'm quite skeptical towards Tit Tar actually. Whilst Western doctor advised to use icepack starting from the moment you got sprained to reduce the continuous bleeding and swell until the injury is healed and no massages, Chinese physician promotes massage and broiled herbs which gives a totally different perspective!! So which is which? Any expert here?

So which is which? Any expert here? Muscle tear, injury and bone fracture must NOT take tit tar. They will get even worse.Tit Tar is for muscle soreness or wrong sleeping position causing stiff neck etc.. usually small problem. |
