Just got my 1720 from rsrie today.
Good seller, on time and fair. Notebook is as stated and is fresh out of the box.

the unit i got comes with office 2007 basic. this will be the 1st time in my life using legit office for personal unit

No issue with the unit at all.

@psycho5, if you have doubts on the source of the goods, by all means go thru the proper channel and get it.

I cannot vouch as to how the TS gets his supply (maybe i dont even wanna know, ignorance is bliss), but whats stated is what you get and for me thats all i need to know.
