1 Year Dell Onsite Warranty

My Price: 1600Rm

Note 5: Dell Laptops Are From Dell Factory Outlet Comes With 1Year Dell Onsite Warranty(Pre-Configured, Dell Call It As Refurbished)
Note 6: Dell Total Satisfaction Policy Does Not Apply
Note 7: Warranty Can Be Extended From Dell Online At your Own Pocket Money, We can Assit You.

For this particular model, how do I install it myself? Do I get the installation CD as well? I'm a bit confused with Note 5. Does it mean that you're selling a refurbished set, or a totally new product similar to online purchase?

Could you also elaborate on Note 6?

Lastly, for Note 7, if I wish to purchase CompleteCover [basic] for 3 years (499rm), is it possible?

all set of cd's provided, just u need to install urself, if you request i can do it for u upon confirmation of ur order.
they are pre-configured which means readily build and delivered to us. so it could be anything. refurbished, cancel unit, or excess stock or what so ever. people are buying from me since 2007 and they are 100% satisfied. more over warranty direct from dell which is onsite service. complete cover u cant extend it anymore. only parts n labor.

Thanks for the elaboration. I'm well aware of how Dell built up their laptops and PCs, only curious to how you get yours. If its the same method with a normal online purchase, then I'm okay with that. As for the warranty, its regretful that CompleteCover doesn't apply because its the only reason to why I always stick with Dell. Excellence in after sales service is what keeps me coming back to Dell.

Thanks again for the info. Will come back again if I decide on the best offer available. Good luck in your sales. thumbup.gif
