u can call dell and return the system under total satisfaction policy .. juz need to pay less than Rm100 fee ...tats all ... if u gt ur system for Rm3000 , u will get back Rm2900 in cheque ...and get the money to buy frm him ...

higher value than u trade in ... since u get ur system in 1week only ... tell them u not satisfy their system
