all set of cd's provided, just u need to install urself, if you request i can do it for u upon confirmation of ur order.
they are pre-configured which means readily build and delivered to us. so it could be anything. refurbished, cancel unit, or excess stock or what so ever. people are buying from me since 2007 and they are 100% satisfied. more over warranty direct from dell which is onsite service. complete cover u cant extend it anymore. only parts n labor.
