usually all units comes with 1year default, sometimes if stock clearance like warranty running out, then we reduce the price and sale it cheaper. this is becoz warranty starts the day we buy stock from dell. its same as new as with 1year. just warranty is running out. anyway not all units comes with 10months, it is clearly stated in the posting.
