Are you using font?
Try remove it first.

Format your memory card too....

hmm, i dun understand this...
it's easy way to format your QD. before you reset your nokia do not put QD into phone after you reset your phone, plug QD into phone while you open Organiser >> memory a while after your phone detect QD start the format.... i can use that way on my nokia 6630 that's all

BTW i found the font remover sis application, will try it later on..
hmm, i also found that some ppl claimed that , rename the font name, then reboot your phone ,after that , you can format your phone..

Yeah! It's the Chinese Star!
This chinese start will change your phone's font (smaller), so you have to remove it before reformatting. And also Ngage qd doesn't support the 3-key button. Hope you can solve it. Regards..

No prob, coz i encountered the same thing last time. I can reformat using the 3key on my 6600 but not on my friend's 3660 until i figure out that's a font problem.
