What happened if i lost my SPA agreement and Loan Agreement. where can i get a duplicate from? i just wanted them to scan me a copy.

i know most likely i can get my SPA from the lawyer firm but how about loan agreement. Can i get from duplicate copy from Lawyer firm as well? or i have to get from bank ?

You can get both from your bank you got your housing loan. They will charge of course.

This also apply to EPF re-drawer to repay some of your loan. You get it from the bank plus the loan balance statement (certified true copy) to submit to EPF. Same method.

better to get from the bank.

go to your branch and fill in a service request form.

may/may not have extra charge. even if there was, it's minimal
