I've seen alot of women with lips inflammation..or cracked lips. Lastime, went to a doctor in uptown, charge around 300 bucks for just consultation and a small tab of cream..freaking insane.. anyone has this problem? can recommend a affordable skin specialist?

Very likely it's a lip eczema based on your description. Go read more about it. Most places would just give you a steroid based cream. It works like panadol; merely numbs the pain while the pain is still there. So that doesn't solve the problem. However, your diet & lifestyle may be able to solve it.
