Hi guys, was wondering, how many percentage from your take home pay is use to pay mortgage? Do you feel stressed with what you pay?

In some countries, paying over 30% of take home pay for mortgage is considered financially stretched.

I find that using % is very misleading. It really depends on absolute disposable income and lifestyle. Eg. 30% of a person who takes home $5k have different impact vs 30% of a person that takes home $20k.

Those take home $20k is unlikely to buy same price range as $5k.
