my dad laptop is infected wit spyware. the symptoms are
1) when i try to access the msconfig and task manager it will close it immediately
2) my only antivirus avast cannot be loaded
3) when i tried to surf net to dl something like kapersky and hijackthis, it will close tat browser too @@"

so no wi dun even know wat spyware is it as it is impossible to use hijackthis or wat soever anti spyware programs. and i dun have the recovery disc...
anyone can help?? plz...

dl the AV from other pc & install into ur laptop then.

cant, it'll abort the installation @@" btw, i use microworld antivirus and spyware toolkit to clean it and it works anyone got any idea wat program is this? i never heard about this program before

Microworld = OEM kaspersky, Indian company based in the USA

run in safe mode with network, then update ur AV thru net, and then scan it. Once it's done, dont reboot, run your msconfig.

I think you have inffected with Bro_Act virus
