if you want to start a thread, make sure your subject matter is stated clearer.
what facilities? condo facilities isnt it? state it in the header lah.

important
covered carpark
Lift
toilet facilities (just in case no time to reach yr unit)
security

Good to have
spacious and well equipped gym
an outdoor well design garden pavillion if you want to chill out.

the rest, macam pool, whatever rooms for this and that are just rubbish and increase maintenance fee.

Covered carpark - Got condo/SA without covered carpark? I know flat is open la

Lift - Got condo/SA without Lift? Only flat don't have I thought

Toilet facilities - sweat.gif kinda agree with you on this cause when I was staying in a hotel in Taiwan, I always use the public one cause after breakfast wanna head out so lazy to go back up to the room. But their public toilet is even cleaner than the room so...

Security - Agree on better security, I would rather them invest on high tech security etc. than on other things

To me mine is :

Facilities they should invest/improve on
- Quality and better looking common area/Grand entrance
- Better security, higher fencing, more guards, better tech...
- Quality and more gym equipments
- Better decoration and landscape
- Bigger game room / space to hang out (comes with a few pool table, darts machine etc...)

Facilities that are useless/waste of money to me
- Big ass pool (anything >50m... if high density, might as well split a few smaller pool)
- Jacuzzi
- Room for reading
- Badminton/Tennis/Squash court (Not say bad to have but if so many units and only 1 court, hard to share and most of the time they would bring their friends over etc. to use it)
- Jogging track (already got treadmill, it's like having either would be redundant)
- BBQ Area

Basically everything else
