I have seen this feature found in Pioneer DEH 7950/6950/5950.

My question is, what is this 2 way crossover HPF/LPF do?

My ICE setup is front component speaker and rear is 6x9.

Can this 2 way crossover HPF/LPF set my sound stage infront which mean my 6x9 filter off the mid and high. Leaving low range pump out from my 6x9. While my component speaker does the front stage sound.

Because currently i'm enjoying Pioneer DEH 1550 Front Image Enhancer F.I.E feature where it filter my 6x9 mid and high frequency. Making me feel having front stage sound.
