Depends on what you need. Eneos now having promotion, Alpine front 4' and rear 6' 2 way speakers for RM500 including installation. The take a Sony Xplod 4 channel Amp for RM666, can change HU to nice nice one and if want sumore, add active sub

erm...myvi ah.....wat buy used ICE???i gt 1 pair Bazooka woofer...12" d....1 america imported amp 4 channel...i use 1 amp to play all speaker and woofer

SJ area...u can try Quest Audio System at SS15....hmmm near KFC there next to the coffee shop..Kwai Sun. I installed my ICE over there for around 2k. Check my signature to see what I modded =p I haven't added speakers though coz I think the stock speakers do fine for me now but if u want crisp sound, I suggest u change it. It will cost above RM2K for the HU, amp and sub. Looking at the Soundstream 2 way speakers though, abt RM700 for a pair

2 k for entry level i think should be enough. U can try the JBL or Magnat package from bro "howiechoo", i think it will satisfied your need.

why SQ HU must be 2k and up? hehe...
i think a HU tht suits your budget with the functions you need while sounds good to your pair of ears is enough for a start... unless of course... you are already a hooked purist SQ... you can ignore my post... and well... going for a fanatic SPL way... you dun need a HU... cuz in competitions... they dun use your HU for the judging process... cheers... |

someone is clearing PHD AF6.1kit @ around 1k
set in about 600-700 for a reasonably good HU then save up another 1k to power up the PHD(needs about 100W RMS x2)  |
