My opinion is no one should do deadlifts since they are noisy, HIGH INJURY disk herniating exercise, and useless exercise for bodybuilding (so much for erector spinae seriously?).
Everyone should be doing shrugs, hamstring curls and GHR instead.
Unless you compete as a powerlifter.
