Photography Importing Lens from China (Taobao), Regarding import duty / tax

Hi,

I purchased some lens from Kickstarter. Under Machang Optics.
Yesterday the maker shipout my lens using DHL(normal for KS), and today already arrived without any extra pay. The lens price is USD149. |
