.NET WPF Touch Slow/delay Issue

I've WPF application, recently i have serious issue on touch response.
The WPF application is running touch windows tablet, the problem is when i touching on any button with mouse down event, the response take fews second to complete. This issue is happen randomly and hardly to duplicate. When the problem happening, i tried use mouse to click instead of touch, the response immediately complete. Need your advice here on my issue  |

Feel like operating system issues. Try factory reset
