always google search the phone no. account no. ask him his name and where he stayed and google through facebook or any source u can find.

update ur mind with market price and survey different sources of trade

ask him specific details on the item like specs list, the pro and cons, when bought, genuine seller should able to give details and opinion without hassle. if u using whatsapp measured the time seller took to response, he maybe try to create fake explanation.

if he selling cheap ask for reason and relate it to specific issue , find flaw in his excuse, use ur word wisely u can trapped him/her if u skilled enough

ask him location for cod eventhough ur place is far, said to the seller ur place is near and can meet, if seller avoid then u know what to do, if he accept then make excuse your ownself to post to your place.
