again,
not be detected during blood donation.

then, the collected blood goes to blood bank for testing and processing.

It is not parasite, it is immunity to the specific type of dengue.

not necessary.
there's a list of stuff which must notify and some which don't.

damn... so how? is it necessary to go test for both even if it is dormant? will it have long term health effect if lets say you kena but because your body so strong you didnt fall ill at all yet the parasites are still lingering in your body?

i travel to lots of tropical 3rd world countries and have been bitten many times with mosquito

when i donated blood previously, i was given calls to inform me my blood have traces of dengue and malaria but after that they say it is not critical

i dont know what that means.. i am afraid i might had been bitten but didnt show symptoms... but inside me are those parasites destroying my organs in the long run.. dormant

well if you don't know what that means, i won't know also. traces of antibody? may indicate past infection or current or chronic depending on the level of different immunoglobulin....or is it seen in blood film? who knows.

dengue is not known to have chronic course.
malaria can have chronic course. but if you are healthy and asymtomatic, very unlikely you have chronic malaria.

if really worried can always go for a simple full blood count for the hemoglobin level, and liver profile for liver function.

i dunno... i think traces of antibody

i see, but if it doesnt get chronic now will it ever get chronic by itself one day when my immunity is low even without mosquito biting me again?

i see... ok

Nope. It's not in the guideline in blood banking.
