Hello All

Iam from pulau penang , im trying to track my gdex courier since last 1 month.

i bought playstation 4 on ebay malysia and not received the order 2nd hand.

i contacted the merchant he said he send courier via gdex and gave me shipment number


i tried tracking my gdex shipment at trackdelivery.net/gdex

i got the status that my shipment is receive in 10 business days on Track Delivery , but now it pass 25 days and no parcel delivered.

u should call and ask gdex what happened to ur parcel..

tell me you paid with paypal. if you did, raise a report with paypal and hopefully you can recover your money. where was the item shipped from? 1 month is too long of a wait. Sorry to say this but I think you have been conned.

seller says item ships from china...
is my package lost now?

i would not know if your item is lost or not. But i dont understand the logic behind buying the ps4 from china. did seller mentioned estimated date of arrival? check with gdex. see what options you have on ebay to raise an complaint to get your refund back. if you paid with paypal you can raise a dispute and paypal will sort out the matter.

why buy from ebay when lajada got?
i hope u paid thru ebay or paypal otherwise byebye to your money

Why use 3rd party tracking website? Maybe it's not up-to-date status.

If confirm using GDEX Malaysia, tracking should use this:
