Guys, on the car jerking at low speed, i found mine almost gone when i replaced my cracked ignition coil with silicon boot. Even though the original part is not expensive, i had enough discovering them cracked and replacing them during every spark plug change. Now trying with aftermarket silicon ignition coil boots.

For those who complained of low speed jerking, do you have ignition coil with cracked tips?

Am troubleshooting my knock sensor failure code by replacing worn out parts one by one. Sigh. This reduced jerking is accident findings.

Lol    I get my engine oil very cheap.. And my car is at 200k mileage now.
I bulk buy a dozen Bosch Oil filters for RM68.50 from lazada last time. On top of that I get my engine oil from paulhew in Shoppee. He sells Castrol Edge quite cheap, with coupons and free shipping it only cost RM110+ a bottle.

I only drive like 16-20k km a year on average now and per day driving time will be around 2-2.5 hours due to traffic jam. I noticed that my engine torque and acceleration affected a lot after I started getting stucked in traffic jam. Previously i was working in Cyberjaya and to travel from Bukit Jalil to Cyber is by highway and rarely have jam. Hence this is why i started changing engine oil before due time (you are supposed to change engine oil every 6 mths anyway) and my engine power sort of restored a lot.

To be honest there are a lot more to engine oil than just the dirt level from an engine oil blot. Engine oil contains friction modifier, detergent, viscosity modifier etc etc which wears out over time from heat and usage. A clear engine oil doesnt show the amount of wear and tear to your engine internals. I used to extend my engine oil service life quite frequently last time when I was a student. my Semi Syn oil would last for 12k km, Fully Syn stretch to 15k km. But the darkness of the oil at each service change scares me.   

My rule of thumb is, if u feel a major difference in performance after every engine oil service change, you should bring forward your oil change. The extra drag in your engine waste fuel anyways and will just offset the savings you had extending your oil change duration.

Sounds more like the immobiliser module 'hang'.
When did u last service your aircon compressor? Sometimes it can be compressor issue, but yours sound more like the condenser is very very dirty.
change your battery, it uses 2x CR2016. Then when u opened ur key, try using it without the housing, see if it can unlock/lock easily. if it does, then its the rubber worn out.
Use duct tape. Cheap and easy.
4 light if not mistaken is boot not closed properly. 2 fast blinks is bonnet not closed properly.
If u wiggle the battery and it works, maybe ur battery contact point issue. easiest way is to pour hot water on the contact points and scrub the contacts with a toilet brush (the black ones)

Crank angle sensor getting faulty, or your spark plugs is quite old, or your coil plugs is faulty, or could be just your fuel pump getting weak.

check the starter , maybe ur starter need to service . or ur spark plug due already

Might need your mechanics to inspect your timing belt for you to decide to change it now or still can wait.

Usually the job that done together with timing belt set is water pump. But then if your coolant is clean & no rust, water pump no leaking, you can use until next timing belt change or it leak.

Another optional change is your drive belt tensioner. That can be changed easily if you decided to change it next time when it spoil.

Cost you need to ask. I have no memory of it already LOL.

Shouldn't semi synthetics be 7000km or 1 year whichever comes first?

Wouldn't recommend Schmaco brand. I used it previously, within 2-3 mths kong liao become weak. Would recommend going for Mitsubishi OEM ones. Harder and more reliable. Per set around 180-210 for auto persona excluding installation.
