For those who are living in high rise condo/serviced apartment

If your condo/serviced apartment has a lot of units >500 units, does it feel crowded moving around your building? Is the facility area flooded with people? How is the traffic like moving out from your parking lot on a monday morning (working day)

I saw some projects have 2 towers with a whooping 800 units. Each units are at least 1+1 with majority 2+1 or more. If combined the entire building units and factoring 3 rooms as average on each units, there could be at least 2400 people living in the serviced apartment/condo for these kind of projects if fully occupied. Hence, won't your building be very congested?

I've lived in a few high end high rise serviced apartment in KL for a couple of days before and it was terrible. Lift waiting time and number of people is equivalent to a hotel. Tons of foreigners flooding the facilities area even though it was at night (I believe many units were rent as Airbnb). Traffic wise coming out from the place wasn't that noticeable cause I come out mostly during non peak hours. Some other experiences that I have with serviced apartment (overseas) is that it was rather quiet and very few people moving in and out. Hence I wonder if those crowded service apartment is due to the density or mainly because it was in KL and it was used as Airbnb.
