Getting Started

Hi guys, I'm a Chinese male. I need to state my race and gender so that people can diagnose it easily. After I eat spicy foods like curry, chilli foods, nasi lemak+sambal and etc, I will get stomach pain when I go to toilet for defecation. It happens usually around 5-6 hours after meal and it is quite hard to tolerate it. I found out that I drink lime+tea without sugar can help to lessen the effect. Does anyone else experience the same thing as I do too? Thanks in advance.

Unless you also have stomach pain when you're eating other milder food, you should just tone down on eating those triggering food.

Try to check whether the coconut milk is the cause.
