I having rm 600+- budget for a new video graphic card, my main reason for buying this graphic card is needed in video editing.

Does any "pro" or user can recommend 1 that which suit my usage and budget the most ?

I am using pinnacle also ...but when i use the pinnacle 10, it is lagging, that's why i want to change a new computer...

If for video editing use, what thing is important when assemble a PC? ?? Processor?
