TITLE: the LOGO DESIGN CLUB weekly logo contest

ELIGIBILITY: ALL MEMBERS

DUE DATE: August 13th 12:30am (google ‘time in California, USA’)

PRIZES:

(1) each winner will receive a free mock-up, chosen from 500 different mock-ups created by Pixaroma (see link below)

(2) Winners will be featured in a post on the group and in the announcements. Winners will have ability to have a link to their gallery in the featured post. Post will remain for one week in announcements. Potential clients joining the group looking for a logo will be advised to hire one of winners in featured post.

CONTEST:

Company Name: octopen*
Name is a between octopus and pen.
About the business: we create premium writing instruments like pens for business men and women.
They want in logo something that incorporate a pen and an octopus somehow.
They want the logo to be entirely black, just like the ink of octopus, so a single color logo. Black logo on white background.

Requirements:

- text: octopen
- symbol: combination between octopus and pen (or pen tip)
- Logo needs to be enterely BLACK (because it reminds them about octopus ink) - so a single color logo (black)
- Logo must be presented on a WHITE Background at least 1200px size
