Corner unit seems to be more expensive than those in the middle with same sqf.... any benefits can share for those who live in one?

Of course, only one side of the unit is prone to noise disturbance from your neighbors. And corner unit usually has extra windows on the outer side. Better ventilation and more privacy hence the premium.

But some people are saying

For noise, normally main noise come from upstair dragging furniture, kids jumping up and down.
Next door noise seldom can be heard, except if the apartment indeed uses extreme thin and porous brick to build the wall, or heavy sound like large KTV set.

If the wall is using red clay brick, generally won't much an issue for next door noise.

u should buy a bungalow in a farm estate.

Unless you have extra windows for the corner unit, if none than no benefit.
