Hello guy.. as per tittle, I'm lactose intolerant and would like to know if there's anyone having similar issue like me? Where do you get vegan / soy made of supplement like protein and mass gain?
Found it in myprotein.com but their shiping fee is crazy (direct from UK RM50). Any other recommendation for web site and product ?

just because you are lactose intolerant doesn't mean you have to avoid all things milk.
like whey isolate for example. extremely small quantity of lactose if present.
lots of whey isolate in the market with good protein to price ratio.

Cause last time I tried a mass gain (mass tech) which make me lao sai every time I drink.... end up hav to giv it to someone else after only consume 3~4 times That product you took contains whey concentrate which still have significant amount of lactose. Go for whey isolate. Very little lactose. Almost all the brand have about the same protein to serving size ratio. So just go ahead and pick the flavor, brand, and price that suite you. Taste is subjective to each person so I can’t recommend you any specific product. And learn to read and understand the labels.
