Good to know that you have conducted your research and due diligence as all mall management think about is collecting their rental on time. They can be very ruthless and stone hearted, so be careful not to burn your deposits and money by making a wrong decision.
yeah tq. they are very strict and choosy especially the successful one. i will have to be real sharp to feel the right spot. one mistake, that's it. no turning back .

Can consider Sunway Velocity for F&B business. But mostly laku ones are restaurants rather than bars/serve drinks only. Friday afternoon crowd is mostly students, then night is family. Weekend is very packed, and most of the time restaurants are quite packed also, other than those that are pricey and horrible pricey foods of course. Can forget about MyTown btw
And I thought IOI Putrajaya is slowly dying? lol
the mall is slow on weekday but not weekend. weekend crowds like in mid valley , in fact i think is more.

but TS mentioned halal food, and velocity doesn't really suit from what I observe..
more like mytown is more suitable from what I think for halal food
on a side note, heard index living is closing their shop at ioi Putrajaya, right?
besides the population between these two, consumer purchasing power which one is better? Sometime, we have to take into consideration between teenagers spending power compares to family too.

Halal or not Halal doesn't matter lah. If foods are good sure got people eat one haha. Some more the traffics in Sunway Velocity is quite good also, so janji tasty can ady.
Except TS's idea is targeting solely on Malays lah. Then yeah, MyTown is better or those shopping malls like Alamanda with higher traffic from Muslims/Malay
is ok, my food can be served for any age, gender and race. no problem.
